Universal Health Care

I grew up in England so have first hand experience of the National Health Service as well as the US system. Easy choice - give me the US system any day. Why? Immediate access to medical service without a wait; experts easy to find and access; quality. Yes - the US system has its faults: too expensive; 20% of Americans are uninsured. The answer is right there. Health care would be 20% cheaper if the uninsured would purchase medical insurance. That needs to be the focus. Get these people paying for the medical services they are consuming - enough of the free ride.
